During pregnancy your body is going through all sorts of changes and it’s awesome that you want to keep (or add) fitness as part of your routine! This program is written with you in mind as you move through all your phases of pregnancy, taking in account the good days and bad days and also continuing after the birth of your baby. My goal is help you during your pregnancy to help you get your pre-baby body back faster and better than it was before!
